Refunds & Exchange

Sale items, unless faulty or incorrect, will not be refunded.

Do you refund or exchange?

Yes, unless your purchase was on sale, we are happy to refund or exchange you items providing the following standards are met.

RETURNS - A request to refund email must be sent to info@gorjus.com.au prior to returning your item

                     - Items are to be returned within 14 days of purchase.

                     - Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, tags & any spare items still attached

                     - Items purchased on sale will not be refunded.

Postage costs on returned items will not be refunded.

If the requirements are not met your refund may be denied.

EXCHANGES - A request to exchange email must be sent to info@gorjus.com.au prior to returning your item

                         - Items are to be returned within 14 days of purchase.

                         - Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, tags & any spare items still attached.

                         - Items on sale may be exchanged, contact needs to be made within 7 days from the date of postage.

If the requirements are not met your exchange may be denied.

Unauthorised returned items will be forwarded straight back to you.

Please let us know in your email if you wish to:

- exchange your item for the same item but in a different size

- exchange for a different item/s

We will respond to your email ASAP with available stock. Please understand that we may not always have the same style in a different size.

If there are any price difference between the items you are exchanging then we will either refund the difference to you or you will be required to pay the difference before your item/s are sent.

If the impossible happens, and we are unable to assist with your specific request, we can issue you with a credit note to use at a later date.

Sale items, unless faulty or incorrect, will not be refunded.

If I need to exchange for another size can I?

Yes, please email info@gorjus.com.au with your request to exchange for a different size. We will reply to your email ASAP with available stock.

Providing the size you want is in stock we will ask you to return the item you have & once received we will post the correct size to you. You will have to cover the shipping costs of the exchange.

Our Store

Our Gorjus store is located at 97 Market Street Mudgee, just over 3 hours drive west of Sydney. Mudgee is quite the tourist destination with it's many Wineries, cafes & Country town appeal, so if you haven't visited Mudgee yet make sure it is on your 'to do' list for the near future. You will find our store next door to the beautiful Cobb & Co Court Boutique Hotel, which we highly recommend for your next visit.

Our street front store is open Monday to Friday 9:30 to 5, 9:30 to 2 on Saturdays & 10 to 1 on Sundays.
